OmniTracker: Modular and scalable software
The OmniTracker base software package already offers an entirely integrated and centralized environment; different modules may be added and automatically integrated. The software package also allows the user to link existing software tools.
OmniTracker is built on a database (CMDB) made up of different elements, and contains a workflow management engine allowing to organize the work process through collaborative and cross-sectional methods based on task optimization, whether they be sequential, parallel, recurring or hybrid. The software is capable of automating any type of business process to support all activity: IT service management (ITSM – ITIL v3) for both hardware and software, including alerts, inventory, maintenance and prevention, facilities, projects, and more.
