Job posting: Analyst

Gestion d’Amboise is currently looking to fill a position in its team of analysts. The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications:

Good knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, ITAM, SAM and project management processes
Experience in VB programming
Experience in BD (Access, SQL)
Experience with Crystal Report tool
Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written)
Prefers telecommuting
Independent and self-disciplined
Analytical mindset
Has a vehicle automobile for trips to visit clients when required
Has already managed or worked in an IT Department
Good technical knowledge of the Windows environment

The candidate will be trained to use the OmniTracker tool, and will be required to manage implementation projects for numerous clients, to accompany the sales team during client presentations, host workshops, document needs, carry out training sessions, set up processes, and supervise installations and migrations.
